ども。ピロ164です。今回はちょっとネタはお休みです。

実は、今かなりブログ運営について困ってます（；^ω^）

皆様のお陰でアクセスも順調に伸びてきているこのブログですが

重大な問題があると気づいてしまいました・・・・。


あるお人から著作権侵害について教わったのですが、この『ピロッとゴルフ？　パンヤ』の過去の記事を見る限り利権者側から見て・・・・・・。

完全にアウト＼(^o^)／

特に漫画のパロネタがかなり危険とのことでアクセスが徐々に上がり人々の目に触れる機会が多くなってくると

危ないとのアドバイスを頂きました・・・。

宣伝する形と受け取ってもらえれば、容認されるかもしれませんがネタ的な記事はアウトでしょうね。

版権的に。

完全にこちら側の配慮が足りませんでした。

ネタ一色でやってきたピロとしてはこれは最大のピンチ！

ネタを載せられないこのブログはただの雑記帳以下／(^o^)＼

厨二病全開のDQNの日記に成り果てます！

あっ、それは元からか(^p^)

アドバイスによると動画サイトもある昨今、アニメやゲームなどは比較的危険度が低いんじゃないかとのことですので、まだ何とかなりそうですがネタを選ぶのを慎重にしなくてはならないですね・・・。

あとは宣伝やレビューする形ならOKなのかな？

あとは同人とかパンヤの記事か実写ネタでカバーかな・・・・。

とりあえず、有名な漫画ネタは危ないのでこれからは控えます。

ネタブログ終了ですか・・・はややや、、残念ですけれども
著作権問題は難しいものがありまして、目立つようになってくると
それだけナーバスにならないといけないのは事実ですね。

どこまでが・・の線引きは難しいと思いますが、一般放映でも
パロディとしてやっているのもありますから、そういうのはOKかな？
すこ～しだけ気を使うといいかなぁとか思いますです。

というか今までの記事を読んでいましたが・・たぶんコレ？とか
アレ？とかをカットするだけでいいのでわ？とかって感じました。
お気に障ったらごめんなさいですが、元ネタ（及びその画像）が
無くても充分面白いと思いましたし、記事内容は全然問題無い
ような気がしますしね＾＾

ちなみにパンヤ画像への吹き出し追加は面白いですから、
ぜひとも続けてくださいませと言いたいです。
私もブログでは気をつけないといけないですね・・・パンヤしかない
内容なのであまり影響ないでしょうけれども（一応著作権表示してますし）

やっぱり著作権の問題は発生しますよねぇ…。
パンヤのSDでも著作権に触れる作品はBANされていますし…。
これからは著作権に触れない範囲でネタブログを書いてください（^ω^）

きゃりーさん＞どこからどこまでがＯＫなのか？
それが悩むところです。

うまい棒の画像は拾いものですが、たぶん部屋のドア（出入り口）に詰め込んでいるんじゃないでしょうか？
画像の隅にクローゼットがあるので押入れがあるタイプの部屋じゃないと思います。

合成かどうかはわかりませんが、これだけうまい棒を愛する人がいるのは素直に笑えますねｗいい意味でｗ

そうですね。過去記事を見直してパロディーネタ（セリフ吹き替え等の特にマンガ）を少し削ろうと思います。
